We develop and support Zoom Apps under the brand Appcetera.co.uk, owned by John Drinkwater T/A Experts Who Agency. This Privacy Policy applies to all our apps, website, emails, and support services.

We do not collect personal data through Zoom Apps. However, we may collect personal data via:

Meeting Admin Appcetera & Meeting Manager Appcetera
These apps have access to Zoom meeting data (e.g., meeting times, participant lists, attendee information) and allow you to add custom overlays. We only use this data to provide the requested app features. You are responsible for the copyright of any uploaded content.
Zoom Permissions:
Zoom clearly shows the data our apps request when installed. If permissions change, Zoom will ask for your approval again. These details are also listed on each app’s Zoom Marketplace page.

At present, all apps are free. We may introduce premium features, plans, or support tiers in the future. Certain features may be limited to paying users.
